No. 808 – Style the Stylist
I personally do not like wearing business suits. It makes me feel constricted in my creative expression and movement. Luckily I don’t have to dress business professional every day. Whenever I have to ‘suit up’, I try to make it fun and comfortable, depending on the occasion. I prefer a business casual look like this one. The pleated grey wool blend pencil skirt has an office appropriate length and gives me enough freedom to move around. The red belted drape top brightens my upper half toward my face and gives me a fresh look, the draping gives me room and the belt gives me shape. Instead of a blazer I wear a tweed biker jacket on top which is chic and cool and combines two trends of the season at the same time. Since my feet are always cold, I prefer wearing boots instead of pumps. These black wedge boots have a modern-minimalist look and streamline my silhouette. Subtle jewelry in gold and an embossed leather bag in dark grey complete the outfit.
